Service Description

A workshop to connect in, inspire and empower you with a mixture of potent practices to bring you into greater alignment with yourself. ~Guided mediations and breathwork ~Cacao- to bring you back home to yourself. ~Kundalini- to activate your energy and release blockages ~Restorative- to settle back down into the ground- recalibrate, rest and restore our whole system. Locations may change as I hope to do more of these in beautiful outdoor spaces when the weather warms
