Service Description

Do you suffer with any niggling injuries that perhaps hold you back in your yoga practice? Or have you recently become injured and wanted to continue yoga but don't know how? Do you want the benefits of a yoga practice but need it to be adapted to work around you? Do you want help in speeding up your recovery process? This is a 1-2-1 guided practice to modify the yoga practice to your individual injuries and recovery process. It will include an assessment to work out areas of restriction, range of motion and muscle function. This assessment will then help guide a 1-2-1 yoga class where we focus on specific movements and asanas with carefully considered adjustments and adaptations. After the session I will send you a personalised, stick figure drawn and written practice that you can practice at home. This practice will be designed around your injuries to aid recovery and return balance to your body. Yoga is for everyone and can be so beneficial when recovering from an injury especially when you are aware of how to adapt the poses which poses will really help you to recover and which to avoid.
